The 5th and final heat of the French National Championship was held in the north of France in Aniche last weekend. The weather was quite good, not too hot, and the grip became quite good after a few runs. The track is very interesting and demanding of good chassis setup to find the fastest setup.

During Friday practice the weather was sunny but Saturday morning the track was wet due to the overnight rain. So the first qualifying heat was run in wet conditions. The rest of the weekend was a mix of sun and cloud, but without rain.
Qualification
In the Sport class, Joan Urbain (FK05) was already champion so he decided to run in SuperSport. His brother Lucas Urbain (XRAY FK) dominated the qualification and got the pole position.

In SuperSport it was local driver J. Carpentier who was really fastest on this track. Joan Urbain (FK05) got 6th position on the starting grid, Mickael Jasmin (FK05) in 8th position, and Mathias Rascol in 9th position.
In the Sport class, Lucas Urbain won the first final. And in the third final, he won it after a great race. Lucas got the victory! So the Urbain's have two champions. first Joan Urbain (FK05) now followed by his brother Lucas (XRAY FK) as French National Champion.

In the SuperSport class it was J. Carpentier that won the first 2 heats and got the victory. Joan Urbain finished 4th, Mickael Jasmin 8th, and Mathias Rascol 9th.
